Then, following the troubleshooting procedures, I use the format services which, after 3 days, could be finished. So now, thanks for Amazon.com, I'm returning this item and buying a time capsule or similar. Remember that I use a PC with Windows on it, which was working until the moment I needed to format it. Very unhappy to be honest. There is a real lack of Technical support from Buffalo.
